Whoever said deep-dish Chicago style pizza is a genius! But I’d love to see some Omaha steaks here. A truly genuine steakhouse that serves spaghetti as a side, mmm!

I think it would be amazing to have an event where micro-producers could sell or swap their delicacies. You know, a kind of Crafty Wonderland for people to show off their jams and homebrew and backyard honey.

I would love to see even more locavore places showcasing local Oregon foods in unique ways. Places in every price range and in multiple different ethnicities to take advantage of the wonderful Oregon bounty!
