Cathy — there are also peanut butter sandwich cookies in the book which I’m planning to make soon. They sound super tasty too.

Lelo — Maybe we can do a sauce and sweets exchange one day soon. Best of both worlds. Piper’s pie class sounds fun. I wish I wasn’t such a lazy pie baker.

Those look really good. And I’ll have you know that my waistline would gladly trade you any of my baking abilities for your mad sauce making abilities. So there.

A long time ago I took a pie making class from Piper: fantastic. I bet that book is awesome.

I thought I was cookied out but these look too good to pass up. I’ve got to check out that book. I miss shopping at Grand Central’s booth at the Beaverton Farmer’s Market.
